We suggest preparing fish fillet with oranges and arugula.
Ingredients:
- Oranges – 2 (juice from one, the other peeled and thinly sliced)
- Fish fillet – 300 g (2 fillets of frozen white fish)
- Arugula – 150 g (washed leaves)
- Balsamic vinegar – 2 tablespoons
- Basil – 2 tablespoons (chopped leaves)
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Butter – 10 g (small pieces)
- Salt
- Hot pepper
Preparation:
- Mix vinegar, salt, and a pinch of pepper. Use this dressing to coat the arugula leaves, then arrange them on two plates.
- Season the fish fillets with pepper and salt, and fry them in olive oil on both sides until golden. Place the cooked fish on top of the arugula.
- In the same pan, pour the fresh orange juice, add butter, and stir. After a moment, add the orange slices and basil. Heat the sauce and pour it over the fish portions, garnishing with basil leaves.
Serve the dish hot, with rice as a side.
