Fish fillet with oranges and arugula

We suggest preparing fish fillet with oranges and arugula.

Ingredients:

  • Oranges – 2 (juice from one, the other peeled and thinly sliced)
  • Fish fillet – 300 g (2 fillets of frozen white fish)
  • Arugula – 150 g (washed leaves)
  • Balsamic vinegar – 2 tablespoons
  • Basil – 2 tablespoons (chopped leaves)
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Butter – 10 g (small pieces)
  • Salt
  • Hot pepper

Preparation:

  1. Mix vinegar, salt, and a pinch of pepper. Use this dressing to coat the arugula leaves, then arrange them on two plates.
  2. Season the fish fillets with pepper and salt, and fry them in olive oil on both sides until golden. Place the cooked fish on top of the arugula.
  3. In the same pan, pour the fresh orange juice, add butter, and stir. After a moment, add the orange slices and basil. Heat the sauce and pour it over the fish portions, garnishing with basil leaves.

Serve the dish hot, with rice as a side.
