Egg Liqueur

We invite you to prepare egg liqueur at home.

Ingredients:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 150 ml Marsala wine
  • 60 ml drinking alcohol
  • 400-500 g sugar
  • 0.5 liters milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla

Preparation:

  1. Beat the egg yolks, add half of the sugar, and continue beating. Then add the remaining sugar, milk, and vanilla, and beat for another few minutes.
  2. Place the mixture over heat and bring to a boil, allowing it to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent a skin from forming on the surface.
  3. Add the drinking alcohol and Marsala wine, stir, and let it sit for 30 minutes. Combine the egg and milk mixtures, then let it rest for 4 hours.

Your egg liqueur is ready. Enjoy!
