We invite you to prepare egg liqueur at home.
Ingredients:
- 6 egg yolks
- 150 ml Marsala wine
- 60 ml drinking alcohol
- 400-500 g sugar
- 0.5 liters milk
- 1 packet of vanilla
Preparation:
- Beat the egg yolks, add half of the sugar, and continue beating. Then add the remaining sugar, milk, and vanilla, and beat for another few minutes.
- Place the mixture over heat and bring to a boil, allowing it to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent a skin from forming on the surface.
- Add the drinking alcohol and Marsala wine, stir, and let it sit for 30 minutes. Combine the egg and milk mixtures, then let it rest for 4 hours.
Your egg liqueur is ready. Enjoy!
