Delicious homemade Lagman with veal

We invite you to prepare a delicious homemade lagman with veal.

Ingredients:

  • Meat broth – 1.5 liters
  • Veal – 500 g
  • Noodles – 300 g
  • Sweet bell pepper – 2 pcs
  • Large tomatoes – 2 pcs
  • Large onion – 1 pc
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Oil – 3-4 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – to taste
  • Parsley

Preparation:

  1. Cut the veal into cubes and fry it in batches in very hot oil.
  2. Cut the vegetables into cubes. Place all the meat back in the pan, add the vegetables, and fry everything together for about 7 minutes.
  3. Pour in the broth, bring it to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for about an hour. Add finely chopped parsley and garlic 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
  4. Cook the noodles for the lagman according to the instructions on the package, then drain them well in a colander.
  5. Serve the noodles on plates, top with the vegetables, meat, and broth, and sprinkle with herbs.
