Crispy Fried Trout

We offer to prepare a delicious fish dish – Crispy Fried Trout. Tender in both texture and taste, this fish is perfect for any occasion: from a romantic candlelit dinner to a formal meeting with friends and colleagues.

Ingredients:

  • 2 trout fillets
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup butter
  • Lemon juice – optional
  • Chopped parsley – optional

Preparation:

  1. Pat the fish dry on both sides with a paper towel.
  2. Mix black pepper, flour, onion and garlic powder, and salt in a bowl, then transfer to a large plate.
  3. Coat the fish inside and out with the flour mixture, then set aside.
  4. Place the butter in a skillet and set the heat to medium. Fry the fish completely for 6 minutes, turning after 3 minutes.
  5. Serve, drizzled with lemon juice and chopped parsley, if desired.
