We offer to prepare a delicious fish dish – Crispy Fried Trout. Tender in both texture and taste, this fish is perfect for any occasion: from a romantic candlelit dinner to a formal meeting with friends and colleagues.
Ingredients:
- 2 trout fillets
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup butter
- Lemon juice – optional
- Chopped parsley – optional
Preparation:
- Pat the fish dry on both sides with a paper towel.
- Mix black pepper, flour, onion and garlic powder, and salt in a bowl, then transfer to a large plate.
- Coat the fish inside and out with the flour mixture, then set aside.
- Place the butter in a skillet and set the heat to medium. Fry the fish completely for 6 minutes, turning after 3 minutes.
- Serve, drizzled with lemon juice and chopped parsley, if desired.
