Crispy Chicken Cutlets

Let’s make some crispy chicken cutlets!

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels. Trim off any uneven pieces or fat.
  2. Slice the chicken horizontally into pieces of medium thickness. Pound them with a meat mallet.
  3. To make the batter, beat the eggs, add salt, flour, and water. Whisk until smooth and there are no lumps.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Dip the chicken pieces into the batter and cook until golden brown.

Tip: Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, or a side salad.
