Crepe Pie with Cottage Cheese Filling

Ingredients:

For the crepe layers:

  • Thin ready-made crepes (blini) – 10-12 pcs

For the filling:

  • Cottage cheese – 500 g
  • Sugar – 1-2 tbsp
  • Egg – 1 pc
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 packet
  • Dried apricots or raisins – to taste

For the topping:

  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the crepes using your favorite recipe.
  2. Make the filling: Mash the cottage cheese with an egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Chop the dried apricots or use raisins, then mix them into the filling. Spread the mixture over each crepe and roll it into a log.
  3. Grease a baking dish with oil and arrange the filled crepes spirally inside the dish.
  4. Prepare the topping: Lightly beat the eggs with sugar, then mix in the sour cream until smooth.
  5. Pour the topping evenly over the crepe pie. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) and bake for 30-35 minutes.
