Creamy Cheese Balls with Tuna and Dill

Ingredients:

  • Hard cheese – 200g
  • Hard-boiled eggs – 4
  • Canned tuna – 200g
  • Parsley, dill – to taste
  • Mayonnaise – to taste
  • Sesame seeds – to taste
  • Salt, pepper – to taste

Instructions:

  1. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. This will help the balls hold their shape better.
  2. Boil the eggs, peel them, and grate them. Add the grated eggs to the cheese in a bowl.
  3. Add the canned tuna. Drain the liquid from the tuna so the mixture holds together. You can use tuna in oil, but be sure to drain the oil before adding the tuna.
  4. Add chopped dill (or parsley). Stir in mayonnaise and mix well. Salt and pepper can be added to taste, but the tuna and mayonnaise often provide enough flavor.
  5. Using wet hands, shape the mixture into balls. Roll each ball in sesame seeds.
