We suggest preparing Cottage cheese and Semolina Pudding with raisins.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 500 g
- Milk – 350 ml
- Semolina – 150 g
- Sugar – 150 g
- Raisins – 50 g
- Eggs – 4 pcs
- Lemon – 1 pc
- Vanilla
- Oil
Instructions:
- Add semolina to cold milk, stir, and cook for 5 minutes until thickened. Let it cool.
- Beat egg yolks with 100 g of sugar, mix with cottage cheese, add vanilla, and blend with a mixer.
- Add the semolina mixture to the cottage cheese mixture and blend again.
- Beat the egg whites with sugar and gently fold into the cottage cheese and semolina mixture. Optionally, add raisins and/or lemon zest.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake the pudding with raisins in the oven at 180°C until a golden crust forms.
- Cool the pudding and, if desired, serve with sour cream.
