Cottage cheese and Semolina Pudding with raisins

We suggest preparing Cottage cheese and Semolina Pudding with raisins.


Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese – 500 g
  • Milk – 350 ml
  • Semolina – 150 g
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Raisins – 50 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs
  • Lemon – 1 pc
  • Vanilla
  • Oil

Instructions:

  1. Add semolina to cold milk, stir, and cook for 5 minutes until thickened. Let it cool.
  2. Beat egg yolks with 100 g of sugar, mix with cottage cheese, add vanilla, and blend with a mixer.
  3. Add the semolina mixture to the cottage cheese mixture and blend again.
  4. Beat the egg whites with sugar and gently fold into the cottage cheese and semolina mixture. Optionally, add raisins and/or lemon zest.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake the pudding with raisins in the oven at 180°C until a golden crust forms.
  7. Cool the pudding and, if desired, serve with sour cream.
