We suggest making a classic Caesar salad in a hurry.
Ingredients:
- Hard cheese – 200 g
- Croutons – 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes – 2-3 pcs
- Chicken fillet – 1 pc
- Napa cabbage – 3-4 leaves
For the dressing:
- Lemon – 1 pc
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Mayonnaise
- Fresh herbs
Preparation:
- Prepare the chicken. You can simply boil it, or you can boil it and then lightly fry it, depending on your preference.
- While the chicken is cooking, slice the cabbage into thin strips. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Grate the cheese finely.
- Once the chicken is ready, shred it into small pieces (fibers).
- Make the dressing: blend the garlic, mayonnaise, herbs, and a few drops of lemon juice until smooth. Adjust the amount of garlic and lemon to your taste. This step can also be done by hand.
- A classic Caesar salad is not traditionally dressed before serving; the dressing is served separately, allowing each person to add it to their plate as desired.
Your classic Caesar salad in a hurry is ready. Even if the gathering lasts a while, the salad will retain its attractive appearance and wonderful taste. Enjoy!
