Chicken sausage with mushrooms

We suggest preparing Chicken sausage with mushrooms.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 800 g
  • Fresh mushrooms (champignons) – 200 g
  • Natural yogurt – 170 ml
  • Egg whites – 3
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Gelatin – 20 g
  • Salt, spices – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Mince the chicken fillet using a meat grinder with a coarse plate. Add the finely diced mushrooms to the minced meat. Season with salt and spices.
  2. Add the egg whites and mix them well into the minced meat. Then add the yogurt. Add the dry gelatin. Finally, add the minced garlic and mix everything thoroughly. Fold parchment paper in two layers and moisten with water.
  3. Shape the minced meat into sausage shapes. Wrap them tightly in the parchment paper, twist the ends, and tie with kitchen string or twine. Place the sausages in a pot, cover with cold water, and set on the stove.
  4. After the water comes to a boil, cook on low heat for about 1 hour. Cool the sausages and refrigerate for 5-7 hours without unwrapping. Then remove the parchment, slice the sausages, and they are ready to serve! The Chicken sausage with mushrooms is ready. Enjoy your meal!
