We suggest you try chicken salad with Napa cabbage and cheese.
Ingredients:
- Napa cabbage – 400g
- Chicken fillet – 300g
- Tomatoes – 300g
- Hard cheese – 150g
- Lemon juice
- Sour cream
- Black pepper
- Salt
Instructions:
- Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, cool, and cut into medium-sized pieces.
- Cut the tomatoes into half-rings, shred the Napa cabbage, and pour over fresh lemon juice.
- Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the green onion.
- Layer the salad on a plate: cabbage, tomatoes, chicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Coat with sour cream, sprinkle with cheese and onion. Repeat the layers in the same order, with cheese on top.
- The chicken salad with Napa cabbage and cheese is ready. Enjoy!
Tip: The finished dish can be garnished with finely chopped green onion. The chicken in the recipe can be replaced with turkey.
