Chicken salad with Napa cabbage and cheese

We suggest you try chicken salad with Napa cabbage and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Napa cabbage – 400g
  • Chicken fillet – 300g
  • Tomatoes – 300g
  • Hard cheese – 150g
  • Lemon juice
  • Sour cream
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, cool, and cut into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into half-rings, shred the Napa cabbage, and pour over fresh lemon juice.
  3. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the green onion.
  4. Layer the salad on a plate: cabbage, tomatoes, chicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Coat with sour cream, sprinkle with cheese and onion. Repeat the layers in the same order, with cheese on top.
  6. The chicken salad with Napa cabbage and cheese is ready. Enjoy!

Tip: The finished dish can be garnished with finely chopped green onion. The chicken in the recipe can be replaced with turkey.
