Let’s make a delicious Chicken Roll with Cheese!
Ingredients:
- Hard cheese – 200g
- Eggs – 3
- Chicken breast – 1
- Onion – 2
- Sour cream – 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare all the ingredients. Grind the chicken breast and one onion in a meat grinder.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Add eggs and sour cream to the cheese. Mix well until smooth.
- The cheese mixture should not be too thick or too runny.
- Line a baking sheet (30×40 cm) with foil. Pour the cheese mixture onto the foil and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Ovens vary, so keep an eye on the crust to prevent burning.
- While the cheese crust is baking, finely chop the onion and sauté in oil until golden brown. Combine with the chicken mince, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Once the cheese crust is ready, let it cool slightly and remove from the foil.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the cheese crust.
- Roll up the crust tightly.
- Wrap the roll in several layers of foil. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C. Unwrap the foil 10 minutes before the end of baking to brown the top.
