Chicken Roll with Cheese

Let’s make a delicious Chicken Roll with Cheese!

Ingredients:

  • Hard cheese – 200g
  • Eggs – 3
  • Chicken breast – 1
  • Onion – 2
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients. Grind the chicken breast and one onion in a meat grinder.
  2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Add eggs and sour cream to the cheese. Mix well until smooth.
  4. The cheese mixture should not be too thick or too runny.
  5. Line a baking sheet (30×40 cm) with foil. Pour the cheese mixture onto the foil and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Ovens vary, so keep an eye on the crust to prevent burning.
  6. While the cheese crust is baking, finely chop the onion and sauté in oil until golden brown. Combine with the chicken mince, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Once the cheese crust is ready, let it cool slightly and remove from the foil.
  8. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the cheese crust.
  9. Roll up the crust tightly.
  10. Wrap the roll in several layers of foil. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C. Unwrap the foil 10 minutes before the end of baking to brown the top.
