Chicken Pastrami Marinated in Milk and Paprika

Let’s prepare a delicious Chicken Pastrami Marinated in Milk and Paprika.

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • A mix of peppers
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the chicken breast and remove any excess skin. Place the meat in a deep dish and cover completely with milk. Refrigerate for three hours.
  2. While the chicken is marinating, prepare a spice mixture of paprika, other spices, and salt. Peel the garlic. Remove the chicken breast from the milk and coat it in the spice mixture.
  3. Make incisions in the chicken breast and insert pieces of garlic.
  4. Place the chicken in a roasting bag and put it in the oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for 40-50 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken from the oven, cut open the bag, and serve immediately with a vegetable salad or potato side dish, or let it cool completely.
