We suggest making Chicken noodle soup with meatballs.
Ingredients:
- 400g chicken breast
- 400g potatoes
- 200g onion
- 40g vermicelli
- 100g carrot
- A bunch of dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the meatballs: Finely chop 150g of onion. Blend or mince the chicken breast. Combine the chicken and onion in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Form small meatballs.
- Cook the meatballs: Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and then add the meatballs.
- Add vegetables: Dice the potatoes and carrots. Add the diced potatoes and a whole onion to the soup. Cook for 10 minutes. Then add the diced carrots and cook for 5 minutes more. Remove the whole onion.
- Finish the soup: Add the vermicelli and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the chopped dill and remove from heat.
Serve immediately.
