Chicken noodle soup with meatballs

We suggest making Chicken noodle soup with meatballs.

Ingredients:

  • 400g chicken breast
  • 400g potatoes
  • 200g onion
  • 40g vermicelli
  • 100g carrot
  • A bunch of dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the meatballs: Finely chop 150g of onion. Blend or mince the chicken breast. Combine the chicken and onion in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Form small meatballs.
  2. Cook the meatballs: Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and then add the meatballs.
  3. Add vegetables: Dice the potatoes and carrots. Add the diced potatoes and a whole onion to the soup. Cook for 10 minutes. Then add the diced carrots and cook for 5 minutes more. Remove the whole onion.
  4. Finish the soup: Add the vermicelli and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the chopped dill and remove from heat.

Serve immediately.
