Chicken, Bean, Corn, and Vegetable Salad

We suggest you try chicken, bean, corn, and vegetable salad.
Beans and chicken will add satiety to the salad. A complete meal that can quickly satisfy hunger.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 1 pc
  • Red kidney beans in their own juice – 300g
  • Canned corn – 300g
  • Tomatoes – 200g
  • Napa cabbage – 100g
  • Natural yogurt – 50g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Salt – to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil the chicken fillet and cut into pieces. Shred the Napa cabbage finely. Cut the red tomatoes into cubes.
  2. Add canned corn and red kidney beans (drained) to the mixture.
  3. Pour in natural yogurt without any flavorings, season with minced garlic and salt to taste.
  4. Mix the salad and serve.

The chicken, bean, corn, and vegetable salad is ready. Enjoy!

Tip: You can dress the dish with olive oil if desired.
