Chicken and potato gratin

Let’s make a delicious chicken and potato gratin!

Ingredients:

  • 500g potatoes
  • 250g chicken breast
  • 200-300g grated cheese
  • Mushroom sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and pan-fry until half-cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Grate the cheese.
  3. Peel the potatoes, slice them, and season with salt.
  4. Layer the potatoes, chicken, mushroom sauce (or garlic sauce), and cheese in a baking dish.
  5. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.

Tip: Serve the chicken and potato gratin garnished with fresh herbs, tomato slices, or pickled cucumbers. Enjoy!
