Let’s make a delicious chicken and potato gratin!
Ingredients:
- 500g potatoes
- 250g chicken breast
- 200-300g grated cheese
- Mushroom sauce
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and pan-fry until half-cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grate the cheese.
- Peel the potatoes, slice them, and season with salt.
- Layer the potatoes, chicken, mushroom sauce (or garlic sauce), and cheese in a baking dish.
- Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
