Cheesy Garlic Bites

Cheesy garlic bites can be served as a delicious snack with beer or as a unique dish for a festive table. They are very quick to prepare and require minimal ingredients. You can diversify the taste of the bites by adding spices and herbs.

Ingredients:

  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs
  • Flour – 1-2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater, salt and pepper to taste. Beat in one egg and mix. Peel the garlic and press through a press into the cheese, mix. Sift the flour and add it to the cheese mixture little by little. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. The dough should be quite soft, not too floury.
  2. Sprinkle your hands with flour and divide the dough into small balls, roll each one in flour. Pour oil into a hot frying pan, place the cheese balls and fry over medium heat until golden brown on each side. Remove the finished balls with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel. Once the excess oil has drained, the cheesy garlic bites are ready to serve.
