Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 500 g
- Processed cheese – 400 g
- Potatoes – 400 g
- Onion – 150 g
- Carrot – 150 g
- Rice – 150 g
- Water – 3 liters
- Ground black pepper
- Fresh herbs
- Salt
Preparation:
- Pour three liters of water over the chicken fillet, add salt and pepper, and cook until the chicken is done. Remove the meat. Add rice to the boiling broth and cook for 10 minutes. Then, add diced potatoes, grated carrots, and diced onions. Cook for about 7 minutes.
- Add the chopped chicken and cook the soup until the potatoes are fully softened. Add the pieces of cheese, stir, and remove from heat. Serve with fresh herbs.
