Cheese Sauce for Mexican-Style Nachos

  • Milk (3.2% fat) – 180 ml
  • Wheat flour – 15 g (1 tablespoon)
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Salt, pepper, sun-dried tomatoes with chili

Preparation:

  1. Grate the cheddar cheese. Place the butter in a saucepan and melt it. Add the flour, season with salt, pepper, and sun-dried tomatoes with chili. Stir until the ingredients are combined, then pour in the milk.
  2. Heat the flour and butter mixture over medium heat. Add the cheddar cheese and stir continuously until the sauce thickens slightly.
