Ingredients:
- Cheddar cheese – 150 g
- Milk (3.2% fat) – 180 ml
- Wheat flour – 15 g (1 tablespoon)
- Butter – 30 g
- Salt, pepper, sun-dried tomatoes with chili
Preparation:
- Grate the cheddar cheese. Place the butter in a saucepan and melt it. Add the flour, season with salt, pepper, and sun-dried tomatoes with chili. Stir until the ingredients are combined, then pour in the milk.
- Heat the flour and butter mixture over medium heat. Add the cheddar cheese and stir continuously until the sauce thickens slightly.
