We suggest preparing a Cheese cake with dill.
Ingredients:
- Flour – 230 g
- Cheese – 180 g
- Fresh dill – 50 g
- Baking powder – 1 tbsp
- Dried basil – 1 tsp
- Milk – 80 ml
- Oil – 80 ml
- Eggs – 4 pcs.
- Dijon mustard – 1 tsp
- Walnuts – 30 g
- Salt, pepper – a pinch
Instructions:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater (reserve some cheese for sprinkling). Finely chop the dill.
Mix the milk, oil, eggs, and mustard. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, basil, dill, walnuts, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything together, add the cheese, and carefully mix again. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the prepared mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the cake in the oven for half an hour, then take it out, sprinkle with cheese and walnuts, and bake for another 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
The cheese cake with dill is ready. Enjoy!
