Bruschetta with Pesto, Tomatoes and Mozzarella

We suggest preparing a wonderful Italian dish: Bruschetta with Pesto, Tomatoes and Mozzarella.

Ingredients:

  • 160 g mozzarella
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of pesto
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Instructions:

  1. Slice the mozzarella thinly. Wash, dry, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Peel the garlic and cut it in half.
  2. Rub each slice of bread with the garlic. Spread pesto on the bread, then top with slices of mozzarella and the cut tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle a little olive oil over each bruschetta and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Grill the bruschetta in the oven for a few minutes.

Your Bruschetta with Pesto, Tomatoes, and Mozzarella is ready. Enjoy!
