We suggest preparing a wonderful Italian dish: Bruschetta with Pesto, Tomatoes and Mozzarella.
Ingredients:
- 160 g mozzarella
- 4 slices of bread
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of pesto
- 1 garlic clove
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
Instructions:
- Slice the mozzarella thinly. Wash, dry, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Peel the garlic and cut it in half.
- Rub each slice of bread with the garlic. Spread pesto on the bread, then top with slices of mozzarella and the cut tomatoes.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over each bruschetta and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Grill the bruschetta in the oven for a few minutes.
Your Bruschetta with Pesto, Tomatoes, and Mozzarella is ready. Enjoy!
