“Bounty” Candy

We suggest making “Bounty” candy.

Ingredients:

  • 360 g of shredded coconut
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 250 g of dark chocolate

Preparation:

  1. Place the shredded coconut and condensed milk in a saucepan and mix until the mixture becomes uniform and sticky.
  2. Roll teaspoon-sized portions of the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Put them in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden.
  4. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave. In the microwave, use 50% power with 30-second intervals, stirring with a dry metal spoon each time.
  5. Using two forks, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess chocolate to drip off.
  6. Place the balls back onto the baking sheet and, if desired, drizzle with extra melted white chocolate.
  7. Repeat with the remaining candies.

“Bounty” candy is ready. Enjoy!

Store the candies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
