Baked Tomatoes with Quail Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 5 tomatoes
  • 15 quail eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)
  • Fresh onion (for garnish)
  • Microgreens (for garnish)

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the Tomatoes:
    • Scoop out the centers of the tomatoes to create hollow spaces.
  2. Add the Quail Eggs:
    • Crack a quail egg into each hollowed-out tomato. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake the Tomatoes:
    • Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
    • Bake the tomatoes for 10–12 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  4. Serve and Garnish:
    • Place the baked tomatoes on a serving dish. Garnish with fresh basil, finely chopped onion, and microgreens.
