- 5 tomatoes
- 15 quail eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
- Fresh onion (for garnish)

Preparation:
- Prepare the Tomatoes:
- Scoop out the centers of the tomatoes to create hollow spaces.
- Add the Quail Eggs:
- Crack a quail egg into each hollowed-out tomato. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake the Tomatoes:
