Ingredients:
- 10 slices bacon, thin-cut
- 10 large scallops
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Place bacon slices in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.

- Transfer bacon to paper towels and increase oven temperature to 200°C (400°F).
