Apple Kefir Smoothie with Honey and Cinnamon

This apple kefir smoothie is a refreshing and nutritious drink that’s perfect for any time of day. It’s a great way to use up ripe apples and is packed with vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

  • 150ml kefir
  • 3 apples
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Ground cinnamon to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash the apples, peel them, and remove the core.
  2. Grate the apple flesh or blend it into a puree.
  3. Pour the chilled kefir over the apple puree and blend until smooth.
  4. Add ground cinnamon and honey to taste and blend again.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with apple slices.

Tip:

To prevent the apple slices from browning, sprinkle them with lemon juice before adding them to the smoothie.
