We suggest making Apple Cookies.
Ingredients:
- 100g unsalted butter (if salted, omit salt)
- 7 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 1.5-2 cups flour
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 medium apples
Instructions:
- Cream together softened butter, sugar, and salt (if using) with a fork.
- Beat in the egg. Gradually add flour and baking powder until a soft dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.
- Peel and dice apples. Add to the dough and mix until combined. The dough will be slightly sticky; wet your hands to shape it.
- Form dough into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
Apple cookies are ready. Enjoy!
