Let’s cook Chicken sausage with mushrooms
Chicken fillet – 800 g
Fresh mushrooms – 200 g
Natural yogurt – 170 ml
Egg whites – 3 pcs.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Gelatin – 20 g
Salt, spices – to taste
Twist the chicken fillet in a meat grinder with a large plate (grid). Add diced mushrooms to the minced meat. Add salt and all spices.
Add egg whites, mix them well in the stuffing. Then add yogurt. Add dry gelatin. Then – chopped garlic, mix well. Fold the parchment paper in 2 layers and moisten with water.
Make sausages from minced meat. Wrap the paper tightly, twist the ends and tie with cooking thread or twine. Fold the sausages into a pan, pour cold water and set on fire.
Cook after boiling water over low heat for about 1 hour. Cool the sausage and place it in the refrigerator without unfolding for 5-7 hours, then remove the parchment, cut the sausage and you can serve it!
